My streak disappeared
A streak survives a gap of one day. If two whole days pass without a completed fast it ends, and the app offers a one-off repair — watch a short video and it comes back. That offer only appears for streaks of three days or more, only on the day after the lapse, and only once per streak.
The timer stopped when I closed the app
It did not. DopaFast stores the moment your fast ends, not a countdown, so it keeps perfect time while the app is closed, while the phone is off, and even if the clock changes. Reopen the app and it will show exactly where you are — or land you straight on the finish screen if the time is up.
I get no notifications
Notifications are optional and off until you turn the reminder on in Settings. If the switch will not stay on, the system permission was refused: grant it to DopaFast in your phone's notification settings and try again. Everything in the app works without them.
I want to change my advertising consent
Settings › Ad privacy reopens the consent form. The row only appears where your region gives you a choice to change. On iOS you can also revisit tracking under Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking.
How do I delete my data?
Uninstall the app, or clear its storage in your device settings. That is genuinely all of it: there is no account and no server copy, so nothing survives elsewhere. For the same reason we cannot move your streak to a new phone.
Is it really free?
Yes, and every feature is unlocked from the first launch. There is no subscription, no paid tier and nothing held back. It is paid for by a small banner on two screens and an optional video you only ever see if you ask for it.
